We are proud to announce that we have been awarded the contract for One City Hill. Perigon is continuing our expansion into the ACT and will be once again working with long term client Morris Property Group, following the successful completion of the Stage 1 Basement Carpark.
This is a complex consisting of 34,000 sqm of PCA A-Grade office space, and will achieve a 5 Star GreenStar and 5 Star NABERS Energy rating.
We are looking forward to working with Morris Property Group again. This is an exciting project that will add to our portfolio in the ACT.
