Project Win: Ahlei Apartments

Perigon is proud to be appointed to deliver the electrical design and construction works for Ahlei Apartments, a landmark mixed-use development in the heart of Braddon.

Prominently positioned on the corner of Elouera and Mort Streets, Ahlei will comprise more than 100 residential apartments alongside ground-floor commercial space. Designed by Cox Architecture, the project will create a distinctive new gateway to one of Canberra’s most vibrant and connected neighbourhoods.

Perigon will work closely with the broader project team to deliver a considered, coordinated electrical solution supporting the development’s residential, commercial and shared spaces. We look forward to contributing our expertise to this significant new addition to the Braddon precinct.
