We are excited to announce that our Midtown Centre Project took out first place for the Commercial Large Project category at the National Electrical and Communications Association (NECA) QLD State Excellence Awards.
This is a huge achievement and we could not have done it without the hard work and dedication of our team, suppliers, subcontractors and Hutchinson Builders. Thank you to everyone who was involved in the delivery of this iconic project.

What are the NECA QLD State Excellence Awards?
The National Electrical and Communications Association (NECA) QLD State Excellence Awards showcase the outstanding work being delivered by businesses in the electrical and communications industry. Projects are judged on a range of criteria including safety, quality, customer service, innovation and sustainability.
What Was Involved in Our Midtown Centre Project?
The Midtown Centre project is a commercial development located in the heart of Brisbane CBD. The project included the construction of two towers comprising office space, retail outlets and car parking. The construction works were completed over a period of 29 months.
