We are pleased to announce the completion of Stage 5 of the Herston Quarter development. The project consisted of the refurbishment of the heritage listed Lady Lamington and Edith Cavell buildings. Lady Lamington will soon be home for up to 695 students, and is the fourth student accommodation project we have completed in recent years.
Hutchinson's Builders carried out the construction works and worked closely with our team to deliver a high-quality outcome within the scheduled timeframes. We would like to thank Hutchinson's Builders for their professionalism and expertise in delivering this project.
The Herston Quarter development is a large-scale urban regeneration project in Brisbane, Australia. The project aims to revitalise the Herston area and create a new destination for healthcare, research, education, and innovation.
The $1.1 billion redevelopment commenced in 2016 and is being delivered in stages over an eight-year period.
Once complete, the Herston Quarter redevelopment will provide state-of-the-art facilities for healthcare professionals, researchers, students, and patients from across Queensland.
