Confirmation of the rating was received on 17 July 2026, marking a significant milestone for the recently completed project and recognising its delivery to a world-leading standard of sustainable design and construction.

The final Green Star score reflects the collective commitment of the entire project team to responsible material selection, energy efficiency, indoor environmental quality, reduced environmental impact and long-term building performance.
