Perigon has been engaged to take part in a multi-million dollar refurbishment of the Queensland Parliamentary Annexe, which directly neighbours Parliament House in Brisbane.

This endeavor encompasses the revitalisation of internal spaces spanning from levels 9 to 24. The primary objectives are to modernise office areas and enhance accommodation available for Members of Parliament who reside there during parliamentary sessions.
