The 15 year long development proposal of the historical Regent Theatre is a step closer with the Regent Early and Enabling works completed in August 2022. New cable pathways, submain cables and minor upgrades to the Switchboards and Fire and Mechanical Services for the Wintergarden and Regent Theatre will allow works progress smoothly when the 150 Elizabeth Street development begins.
